Four Years and Six Months of Service (Lucas R. Frank)

I feel like every time Cpl. Frank has an AOCC, something happens. Last time I wrote an AOCC for Cpl. Frank, I talked about how he had turned into T/5 Frank, moving up in the world and taking his spot as my ASL in a few days. Now… here I am again, writing an AOCC about him taking command of DP3S1 while I’m headed out the door to my new job. Ok Capwell, focus up and get on with the actual AOCC. Cpl. Frank has really been stepping it up these past few months. He’s been volunteering to lead even more than he usually does and it shows as he’s really starting to come into his own as a team leader, to the point where I often find myself going “damn that was a good call, I didn’t even think of that”. Off of the field, he’s been a model ASL as always and I can think of no better person to take up the mantle of DP3S1 squad lead. Keep on it Frank, you’ve got quite a bit to learn about the new job but I’m certain you’ll knock it out of the park. Look after the guys for me, and congratulations on another 6 months with the unit, and your 9th AOCC to commemorate it!
