Im currently looking to upgrade computer chairs, had mine for around 8 years now and it’s just worn out. Was looking for some recommendations. I really want something that’s comfortable seeing as I’ll sit in front of my computer 6-10 hours a day.
It ain’t as cheap as it used to be, but I’ve had the Staples chair for the past 5 years and when it finally dies, I will not being going back to normal gaming chairs.
Depending on your budget, but usually Herman Miller chairs have very good ergonomics.
Personally I have a Secret Lab chair. It’s doing it’s job, but it is bulky. Same as Cpl. Capwell, after it dies, I won’t be going for gaming chairs.
Yah, I had a “gaming” chair and to be honest it’s not that comfy. A lot people just be recommending normal chairs. Ima take a look at that staples chair.

I have a Herman Miller myself, and my back has never been happier as I’ve been able to fine tune it to fit me well.
Bur honestly, the best thing you can do, is to go to some office store where they have a bunch of them on display. Just, sit in some of them, see if you have enough contact points, and see if the chair seems to fit you. The last thing you want is to buy a chair online, and regret it the moment you sit in it, it doesn’t need to be expansive, it just needs to fit you.
We are all different people, our backs are shaped in different ways and we all experience comfort in our own way.

Office stores usually have a bunch of them yeah. Worst case, time to find an ikea or other showroom a bit removed from your hometown.
