PFC Allard joined us just over a year ago. It’s crazy to see what this fine gentleman has done in his short time in the unit. Just starting out he was one of the very few privates that I saw that didn’t clam up, always communicated and used his full kit right away. He made a reputation for himself on being a valuable member of the squad within his first month and he continues to strive and perform as best as he can to this day by always asking questions and always looking for improvements. Anyways, I digress. Congrats on your first year in the unit PFC. I can’t wait to celebrate your 2nd year with you!
