PFC Fairchild has made quite the name for himself in the past six months, he’s been on the grind towards his goal of platoon sniper, and he has made a lot of progress. Recently he gained his rifle sharpshooter badge after much tribulation. What set Fairchild out from others to me was his level of conscientiousness. He was constantly asking for advice from others, and when he realized he needed to switch things up, he would do so instantly. He practiced as much as he could, and it benefited him and us greatly as he began to be able to hit awe-inspiring shots and relieve stress from the rest of his squad and me. I have started to think of Fairchild as our stress relief. When there is a target causing us a bit of trouble, he can take him off the map with just a click. Fairchild has been a great addition to the squad. He adds a lot to our squad culture and can always keep a cool head. Congratulations on your 2nd AoCC PFC; stick around for a couple more!
