Of all the people I’ve helped shepherd through SLT, none have been friendlier and more encouraging than PFC Formosa. There is something to be said about someone who comes, every day, with a smile I can hear behind the screen and a genuine desire to be there. Unsurprisingly, that positive energy has flexed itself into high levels of tactical play and leadership direction. It has been an absolute pleasure watching the good PFC launch himself through his own energy alone into the world of leadership here in the 29th and I can’t help but be even more pleased to see him reach the final destination of that goal.
