I first found out about PFC Canales when he was just a lonely private who was stuck guesting one of my drills. If you had told me back then that this private would go in SLT and come out of it as a determined leader I would have been completely shocked. Throughout his time in SLT, PFC Canales has made a name for himself, so much so that I was already aware of what kind of leader he was before I even transferred to EP3. The long and arduous journey of SLT has shaped Canales into an excellent leader full of passion for his squad and peers alike. This type of passion for improving has allowed his squad, EP3S3, to outperform others when it comes to in-game skills. The milestones that PFC Canales has gone through are why we are here today. PFC Canales, the skills and mentality that you have developed over these past few months aren’t what we expect from a PFC but instead from a Corporal.
