Promotion and Award (Rob R. Moran)

SSgt. Crane said:

PFC Moran holds a special place in my heart, regardless of anything else he’s accomplished; as my fellow dakka buddy, we understand each other. It is no surprise then, to me, to see him coming up in the world. In many ways, when I see Moran I see a lot of myself! And although he seems to have been spared the worst of my excesses, he has shown numerous skills and qualities that mark him as a rising star here in FP2. With the end of a long era of effort for Moran coming upon us, I can confidently say he has not only met my expectations but surpassed them. As such, it is my absolute honor to not only provide him with his well earned NCO Development Ribbon, but a promotion to the rank of Technician Fifth Grade as well. Congratulations, T/5, and I can’t wait to see what you’ll be getting next.
