Few people prove themselves so much during their development as an NCO. PFC Sklepek has proven himself already in many ways: rising through the ranks of leadership, filling big pairs of shoes left behind, and doing a great job in lighthouse at the same time, by all accounts. And he has done so in a difficult environment, navigating his experienced squad’s unique atmosphere like no other, greatly balancing a sense of humour with focused professionalism. PFC Sklepek has grown to an amazing extent, having become a truly skilled and reliable member of leadership. He is therefore more than deserving of his Army NCO Professional Development Ribbon, and the more befitting rank that is Corporal!
