Pvt. Nuttall has accomplished everything that is expected of a Private within the 29th ID. Pvt. Nuttall consistently demonstrates his knowledge, understanding, and ability to both follow and enforce all 29th rules both on the battlefield and within all other avenues. Pvt. Nuttall has developed into a great member of the 29th, with visible and obvious progress in personality, communication, and combat skills. With this private’s current accomplishments and commitments, it is no longer appropriate for Nuttall to maintain his current rank, but rather, it is more fitting for Nuttall to receive the rank of Private, First Class.
