Esquivel has always had a great attitude since joining the 29th ID, doing what he is told and having fun in drills. Esquivel has learned to integrate himself into a squad environment, working together with his squad mates and participating in squad culture. Esquivel has actively been working on his combat abilities, with noticeable effects on the battlefield. Esquivel has had outstanding attendance since joining, missing very few drills and having 100% 90-day attendance almost constantly. Esquivel has met all the requirements and demonstrated the skills and attitude expected in the 29th ID, and it is appropriate to award him him Expert Infantry Badge and subsequent promotion to the rank of Private, First Class. Congratulations Esquivel, may you do well in whichever path you go down.
