Pvt. Parker has shown for quite some time that he was ready for this moment, but unfortunately in the past he discharged right before reaching it. Ever since he rejoined I have observed his actions and how he would fit in S2, and over time he showed me that he was ready to become an essential part of our squad. Lately, his inputs and skills have contributed greatly to our squad’s performance and I’m really happy to be his Squad leader. So it is without any further ado that we award Pvt. Parker his EIB and we are proud to promote him to Private First Class!"
