When Pvt. Heleno joined DP2S2, the squad was in a rough state. We had just finished DBOTS 2 and had lost 4 members over the course of a month. But Pvt. Heleno brought with him a sense of hope to the squad, hope that things were finally looking up. He also brought with him a great sense of humor and an incredible personality with gameplay skills to match both of those. Since joining the unit a little over 3 months ago, Pvt. Heleno has overcome many obstacles and made friends along the way. He has been an astounding role model for the newer Privates and even some old PFCs in the squad. Recently, Pvt. Heleno has shown to Sgt. Tilley and I that he is ready for the next step up. Congratulations PFC Heleno, I hope you continue on as a model PFC!
