In a time where new blood is becoming increasingly rare, we’re happy anytime we get a new private but even more so when we get privates like Shepherd. Though he started off his time here missing two weeks for vacation, he immediately eased any worries I might of had once he returned showing that he not only has skills , but dedication as well. He might like to crawl around and can be a little quiet at times, however in the few months he’s been here since joining, he has become a valued member of EP3S3 and is someone I can see going far if he sticks to it. With these things in mind, I think it’s definitely fitting that Pvt. Shepherd receives his EIB, RMB, and promotion to PFC. Congratulations PFC Shepherd!
