When Pvt. Winter joined the squad he soon showed his willingness to learn. He reached out to me and PFC Fletcher on several occasions to ask for help, tips, and tricks. This effort he puts into the game shows. He has developed into a core member of the squad and a stone-cold killer. He has a great attitude both in and outside of the game.
