Pvt. Zech became an invaluable asset to S2 upon arrival, as he amazed me with his diligence and work as a professional soldier. As he stays focused in battle and is a marvelous and disciplined soldier, though Pvt. Zech doesn’t speak much of himself due to his shy nature, yet when he does it is on point. Regardless he has rapidly befriended the entire squad as well as bringing on of his friends with him. He shows calm & steady approach toward the enemy with the addition of a good eye, which combined with his rifleman skills it helped our squad many times. And so I feel that Pvt. Zech has earned his Rifle Marksman Badge and Expert Infantry Badge, as well as his promotion to the rank of PFC. Congrats PFC and keep up the good work!
