Since starting SLT PFC Horrill has proven himself to be extremely dedicated to being the best leader he can be. Like many leadership candidates in the beginning he was timid yet determined and over time he’s become a very confident and competent leader. In the last 6 months, he’s honed his leadership skills, assumed the role of Assistant Squad Leader, and at times run the squad on his own. All this to say PFC Horrill has done an excellent job and it’s about time we recognize his efforts. Congratulations on the promotion Cpl. Horrill.
