The past many months since rising to his position, 1Lt. Barclay has impressed both myself and Sgt. Maj. Dethfield in his efforts at mastering the position of Company CO. In addition to his day to day involvement, he carries out his paperwork without fault. He has made the adjustment from a GMT centered member to one who also is seen at EST. drills. With the departure of TSgt. Curran to Fox, Barclay has stepped up to the plate of representing North Americans.
Furthermore, 1Lt. Barclay is a pivotal part of engineer corps, ensuring our mods are updated in a timely manner. He also stepped up as a streamer for BBoP. With him in charge of Easy, I don’t have to worry too much about them while they are under Barclays care. As such, I would like to formally recognize this trust and his accomplishments with an official promotion to the rank of Captain.
