Hiems Winter began his path in the 29th back in 2021. He was quickly entrusted the CE AIT in a squad that was very particular about who should have that slot. He quickly became a solid asset in that role and his dedication to improvement and willingness to step up soon noted him for greater things as he moved onwards into SLT. Winter lived up to expectations and quickly filled the ASL slot. Upon graduation, he continually bettered himself and laid down a lot of work in improving his squad. He later transferred to another squad as SL at a difficult time in that squad’s journey. He successfully used effective tools and applied massive amounts of sweat equity in turning things around. Today, his squad is a very effective tool in the platoon’s arsenal. Much of this to Winter’s credit. Winter is a solid, effective leader who makes his platoon better than it otherwise would be. It is time for his promotion to Sergeant. Congratulations Sgt. Winter.
