Promotion (John L. Georgvich)

To the untrained eye, the gentleman standing before you today is just your average PFC. However, if you look a little closer you’ll find an excellent Combat Engineer and member of his platoon and squad. Now, if you start to dig in and look even closer, you’ll find that PFC Georgvich is an outstanding member of Platoon HQ serving, largely in the background, as the Platoon Clerk.

Helping wherever and however possible to make sure that myself, our Platoon Sergeants, and Squad Leadership are supported in all things paperwork and organization. Always Johnny on the spot, thank you PFC for your great attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond in your role.

Your efforts are not going unnoticed, and as such I’m proud to promote you to Technician, 5th Grade for your efforts. Thank you and keep up the good work T/5! Ever forward.
