I first met Cpl. Dimitrov back in BCT. He was a shy kid but very good at the game, I won’t forget the time he and I were able to fight off Five attacking ADI’s and win the BCT scrim (which is rare). He was then assigned to my Squad and has always been a craic, down for a laugh but takes the 29th seriously. I always thought he would do well in a leadership role and was glad to see him pass SLT and become an ASL. He did a great job keeping the squad paperwork together and ensuring the smooth running of drills. Then the time came when an SL spot opened up in S3. He quickly established himself as the Squad’s leader and won over his squadmates, doing a lot of the leading with no ASL he could steadfastly carry on. It’s time now for him to no longer be Cpl. Dimi and to become Sgt. Dimi. Well done!
