PFC Nixon has come quite a way in his time with us. When he first joined the squad, I wasn’t sure what to expect. A schedule conflict had pretty well torpedoed his attendance, and I set my expectations low. Over the past six months though, I can happily say that he has come out of his shell outstandingly and has become a welcome member of the 2S3 brotherhood. After showing his ability as a rifleman and earning his first chevron, he decided to take up the mantle of crewman and try to fill the shoes left by our departed PFC Reimer. While he is relatively new to the role, he has shown exceptional raw talent, and in time, I have faith he will be a force to be reckoned with should he put the work in. Here’s to you, Nixon.
