PFC Chang has been, and continues to be a great asset to S3. Firstly he is a dangerous asset both with and without his AIT. When the situation calls for it he is regularly eager to volunteer to lead. The Ideas and suggestions he brings to me show me his ongoing devotion to the squad. S3 would be wholly different without him and I believe that we are all the better for all his dedication. With this in mind, I am glad to see him earn his 13th AOCC and with it his 3rd WW1 Vic Medal. Congratulations, PFC Alex Chang, for your 6 years of commitment. I hope to see you give us many more.
