Sgt. Hanley is one of our most veteran leadership within DP3, he has stuck through thick and thin throughout the entirety of his 29th career. A mentor of leaders, he has numerous experiences training new and up on coming leadership, as he himself was thrusted into the role of leadership solo and managed to hold onto the mantle with a masterful level. If there is one word to describe Sgt. Hanley, it’s that of reliability, he has worked his life around the 29th to accommodate his schedule and when asked contributes his support in the development of the unit.
