Three Years and Six Months of Service (Jake A. Marchbank)

It’s wild to think it’s been such a long time with guy. He has been a team player from the beginning. Watching him grow into his role as an ASL has been and honour to watch. His skills on the battlefield has also improved greatly with his ability to take the lead and maintain discipline even in the most heated of engagements. He has been a great support to S1 as a whole managing to keep up morale in dark times and boosting the guys if we have been in a rough patch. He thinks outside the box and manages to take us with him along the way. This is why I am thrilled to award newly minted Cpl. Marchbank his 7th AOCC. Congratulations Cpl. this is well deserved and testament to your hard work and dedication to the unit, may it ever continue.
