Carlos has been with the squad for two, count em’, two whole years. Unfortunately I’d like to say everything was good about this once wayward Pvt. but he’s had his fair share of disappointment. From waffling on marksman to assistant squad leading he has just been a handful to train. In all seriousness Cpl. Vargas had been nothing short of the best ASL I could have asked for. He is dedicated, resourceful, and annoyingly pleasant. His cheery disposition has help counter-balance my own pessimism. He is always on time, he always does what needs to be done or what is asked of him and more. His dog days as a junior member of the squad are also marked well with his ability to kill enemies with his rifle. As an ASL he has continually done well in all categories and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. I am genuinely glad to see he has been here this long and I hope he stays for many years to come as you don’t get a member like Cpl. Vargas very often. Congratulations Cpl. I wish you the best in your career!
