I’ve gotten to write many good things about PFC Osaka before; for someone with his effortless skill in marksmanship, his numerous staff positions, and a frankly outrageous amount of recruits that he has managed to amass, you’d think that they must have been around for 5 years, if not more. Yet, as a surprise on top of all these other surprises PFC Osaka has brung, he’s only just been around for 2 years.
