Well thats not going to be the case for me, I already bought everything half interesting during previous steam sales....
Lies. There will ALWAYS be something. Always.
Not this time Valve!
I wish I didn't see this post
I'll hope i'll be able to get Space Engineers on sale!
Reckon we will see Witcher 3 on sale?
Im also hoping for all the EU4 DLC to be atleast 50% off
We already have a thread for videos and pictures. How about discussing the various deals and anticipations.
Would be fun to get some DOD sessions going in honor of the 29th's 10th anniversary if it was sold very cheaply Sure it's only 5€/$5 now but if it was sold out for 1€/$1 during the sales...

So it begins...
Oh man. I haven't looked yet, but I'm sure my wallets already hurting lol.
Clicked on the Steam Store....
Heavy load indeed... up yours Steam; you a big tease!
Don't buy anything that isn't on a daily or flash sale until the last day if you want to get a nice bang for your buck.
HAH! It's 1,24€ (-75% off) during the whole sale. I doubt it's coming any cheaper unless there's some classic games theme day.
Picked up the Metro Remastered bundle, Papers Please, and Fable Anniversary so far, also Reign of Kings is on sale today, it's a super fun game that a lot of 29th guys used to play together. It's early access though, so that kind of sucks. But for $13.49 CAD I would pick it up.

Great deal going on right now for Alien: Isolation. 75% off ($12.49). This game is one of the scariest, stylized games I've played in a long time. Worth every penny at $50. Check it out!
I'm currently having trouble trying to decide between Insurgency and This War of Mine. Anyone willing to give recommendations?
This War of Mine for sure. Insurgency got boring for me after like 2 hours. It definitely does not have the feel of the original mod.
Insurgency is fun if you have other to play with and work together. Makes co-op very enjoyable.
If someone still doesn't have all of the 29th games, now is the right time to fix the situation:
Arma 3 is -60% off
http://store.steampowered.com/app/107410/
Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 is -75% off
http://store.steampowered.com/app/1200/ (And get DH from here)
Rising Storm/Red Orchestra 2 is -75% off
http://store.steampowered.com/app/234510/
Arma's deal will last for the next 9 hours, both of the RO's deals lasts for 21 hours.
Not sure if the games/sales aren't good, or I already have just about every good game on the sales w/o me having to buy $60 one's, that and im poor
You should all get thehunter: Primal its 75% off!!
Yes get it! It's like 8! And it's awesome!!!
Encore deals for the next 48 hours!
What games has everyone bought so far? A lot of the games I bought I'd rather play with other people. Also, any recommendations? So far I've loved Banished, it's super simple and at first you might feel like it doesn't have much value, but I can easily see myself putting 100's of hours into this game. Some of these games are from the humble bundle or origin sale
Age of Empires II: HD Edition
Antichamber
Awesomenauts (Not that fun IMO)
BattleBlock Theater
Braid
Banished
Castle Crashers
Chivalry: Medieval Warfare
Cities in Motion 2
CoH (Played this before and I love it)
DIRT 3 Complete Edition
Dungeon Defenders
Europa Universalis IV
Skyrim
Fable Anniversary
Fallout 3 and NV GoTY Editions
Limbo
Metro 2033/Last Light Redux (Highly recommend)
Orcs Must Die! 2
Payday 2
Papers, Please
Psychonauts
Risen 3 - Titan Lords
Risk of Rain
Small World 2 (played the board game version of this, it was a lot of fun)
World of Goo
Dragon Age: Inquisition (a ton of fun so far)
Battlefield 4
SimCity
theHunter: Primal
I got a new steam account early this year so I kinda went crazy....
I picked up
Fallout 3 & NV with all DLC
ARK Survival
Roller coaster tycoon 1 & 2
Thinking about grabbing the ARMA3 DLC bundle as well. And maybe Skyrim. But I've got like 180+ games on my steam account. Not sure I need to many more lol.
For those who don't own Insurgnecy you should pick it up! Only $4 today.
If anyone is still planning on buying Verdun I've got an extra copy which I would trade for a copy of Fallout 3 GOTY. Just message me if you are interested!
